Enroll in Automatic Giving Plan
Electronic Funds Transfer - Print this form and mail with a check for your first payment. Each month an automatic contribution will be deducted from your checking account.
Recurring Credit Card Gift - Print this form and return by mail. Each month an automatic contribution will be charged to your credit card.

Mail a Gift
Print this form and mail with your check or credit card information.

Phone in your Gift
Call the Advancement Office at 301/687-4161 to make your gift by phone.

Other Ways to Give:
The FSU Foundation can facilitate other methods of giving. Contact the Advancement Office for assistance with making gifts of securities, real estate, or tangible personal property.

Matching Gifts
Many companies match charitable contributions of their employees. Check to see if your gifts are eligible to be matched.

FSU Employee Payroll Deduction
The Maryland Central Payroll Bureau allows FSU employees to give through payroll deduction. An original payroll deduction form is required. Contact the Advancement Office for assistance.
